| Abstract: | The purpose of this article is to examine the philosophy of the ‘Grand Trinity’ in education of Booker T. Washington. Among other things the following aspects will be examined: his background and factors that influenced his philosophy; the ‘Grand Trinity’ as the great philosophy that guided his educational programmes; and strategies for its implementation, such as correlating theory and practice of education. |
