Report on Community Baseline Socio-Economic Training Needs Survey Conducted in Nyaminyami, Gokwe North and Guruve Districts
The study sought to establish communities understanding of baseline surveys and whether they would be willing to conduct them on their own. If so: • which information they would want to collect • the method and tools which they want to use in conducting their surveys; and • the possible uses of such information. Focus was on the possibility of conducting participatory community research and defining the units which are feasible for such an exercise.
