Title: Changes In African Disease Patterns With Western Acculturation
Keywords: Health
Issue Date: Mar-1971
Publisher: Central African Journal of Medicine (CAJM), University of Zimbabwe (formerly University College of Rhodesia)
Abstract: Perhaps every physician in Rhodesia today has an impression in the back of his mind that as the cultural patterns of the Africans change, so also do their diseases. The situation under which this study was undertaken seemed particularly favorable to the testing of this hypothesis.
