Organisational culture has become an increasing important aspect in the study of human behaviour in organisations as companies try to get the best out of their human capital. The focus of this research is to investigate the relationship between organisational culture, employee motivation and commitment. Organisational culture being the independent variable, employee commitment was the intermediate variable and employee commitment the dependent variable. A sample of 126 employees both male and females was used in this study. A quantitative approach was used and data was analysed using the Pearson correlation and regression analysis. The results showed a significant positive correlation between the three variables. Thus organisational culture has a positive influence on the levels of employee motivation and commitment. The study was conducted in one of the largest manufacturing companies in Zimbabwe.en_US
