Abstract: | This paper presents the Southern and Eastern African Regional Centre for Women's Law, at the University of Zimbabwe, which is running a masters degree programme in Women's Law. The paper touches into contents and methodologies of the course, the role of the library, north-south cooperation, and plans for the future. The future of SEARCWL depends of course very much on the developments in Zimbabwe, so a short description of everyday's challenges and lack of infrastructure is also given. |
