Abstract: The main objective of this study was to establish the contribution of organizational culture towards improving the sustainable competitive advantages of firms in the telecommunications sector in Zimbabwe: A case of Net One Cellular (Private) Limited. To fulfill the main objective, this study assessed the contribution of organizational artifacts and behaviours, espoused organizational values and organizational assumptions of Net One Cellular (Private) Limited. The research study was quantitative. It was also based on the positivist philosophy. This was a case study of Net One Cellular (Private) Limited from which data was collected. Data was collected through the use of survey questionnaires which had closed ended questions. Data was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) and the findings were presented in form of tables, pie charts and bar graphs that were accompanied by brief narrations and explanations. Based on the findings gathered, this study found out that that organizational culture has a positively contributes to improving the sustainable competitive advantages of Net One Cellular (Private) Limited. It was also established that organisational artifacts and behaviours, espoused organisational values and organisational assumptions positively contribute to sustainable competitive advantages. The study therefore recommends that Net One has to take specific steps in maintaining its current organisational culture as it positively contributes to its sustainable competitive advantages.
